Returns

We are pleased to offer returns within 20 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be in good and well-maintained condition, even if gently worn
  • Reflect the original quality and care in which they were received
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Orleny reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these standards.

Exclusions

Items acquired during promotional periods or sales events are considered final and are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Store Credit

To preserve flexibility and client satisfaction, Orleny offers:

  • Refunds, or
  • Store credit,

depending on the nature of the request and original transaction.

Refunds will be issued via an appropriate method aligned with the initial payment. Kindly allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Defective Pieces

In the rare event that your piece arrives in less than perfect condition:

  • You are kindly requested to notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Supporting visual evidence (photos or videos) is required

Upon validation, Orleny will graciously offer:

  • A complimentary replacement, or
  • The possibility to select an alternative piece, free of charge

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping arrangements remain the responsibility of the client
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
